The supervisory authority intervened in the situation with the house 6B on Stepan Razin Street in Chelyabinsk. The resident appealed to the prosecutor’s office with a complaint: the roof leaked, and LLC “UK Sozvezdiye” was in no hurry to perform work on citizens’ requests.
The prosecutor submitted to the management company a proposal to eliminate violations of the law when maintaining the common property of an apartment building. After that, the CC carried out roof repairs.
