The Prosecutor’s office has achieved justice for the orphan from the Tver region

The Udomel interdistrict prosecutor's office of the Tver region defended the housing rights of the orphan.

It was established that a 22-year-old local resident at a young age was left without parental care. By law, she was included in the list of persons who are entitled to housing. However, upon reaching the age of 18, housing was not provided.

Through the court, the prosecutor’s office demanded that measures be taken to restore the violated rights of the orphan. The girl was provided with a comfortable apartment.
