The insurance company refused to pay them compensation, citing the fact that all payments had already been made to his wife and child from a second marriage.
The prosecutor filed a lawsuit in court in the interests of children from the first marriage, demanding the recovery of the insurance amount and a lump sum benefit.
The court satisfied the requirements of the supervisory authority, and now the children of the soldier will be paid more than 4 million rubles. The prosecutor’s office will monitor the execution of the court decision.
