The Prosecutor’s office ordered the businessman to repay the debt for the lease of land before the mayor of Krasnodar

In Krasnodar, at the request of the prosecutor's office, a large debt for the lease of land to the city authorities was repaid.

The prosecutor’s office of the Karasun district revealed a violation of land legislation: an individual entrepreneur did not pay rent on time for three land plots that are in municipal ownership.

According to the agreements with the city administration, the tenant was obliged to regularly and fully pay for the use of land. However, the obligations were not fulfilled – as a result, the city budget was indebted more than 1.6 million rubles.

After the prosecutor's office made a submission to the entrepreneur, the debt was repaid in full, the press service of the Prosecutor's Office of the Krasnodar Territory reports.
