The Prosecutor’s office ordered to eliminate an unauthorized dump in the Tver region

The Prosecutor’s office of Sonkovo district during the inspection of compliance with legislation in the field of solid municipal waste management found violations, the supervisory authority reported.

It is noted that there is an unauthorized landfill near the village. Local governments have not taken steps to eliminate it. The prosecutor’s office filed a lawsuit and demanded to oblige the municipality to eliminate the revealed violations.

The stated requirements were met. The prosecutor's office monitors the elimination of violations.
