The Prosecutor’s office of the Kalinin district of the Tver region checked compliance with the requirements of the legislation when using matcapital.

In 2023, the mother of two children received maternity capital, which she used to purchase a house, but the residential premises in the joint ownership with the definition of shares were not formalized.

Through the court, the prosecutor's office recognized the children's rights of shared ownership of the house.
