The Prosecutor’s office revealed more than 3,500 violations of business rights in the Voronezh region
For the first nine months of 2026 in the Voronezh region revealed more than 3,500 violations of the law affecting the rights of entrepreneurs
In the first nine months of 2026, more than 3,500 violations of legislation affecting the rights of entrepreneurs were revealed in the Voronezh region. The results of the work were presented on October 9 by the regional prosecutor's office.
During the inspections, the supervisory authority assessed how lawfully the authorities interact with business representatives and provide support measures to small and medium-sized enterprises. Prosecutors also checked regulatory legal acts and compliance with the rules for the provision of state and municipal services.
As a result of supervisory measures, 848 illegal legal acts were canceled or amended. More than 460 submissions were made to address the identified problems. In addition, 95 officials were held administratively responsible.
Special attention was paid to the availability of information support for entrepreneurs and compliance with legislation in the field of trade.
The department stressed that the appeals of business representatives are considered taking into account all circumstances. If complaints indicate possible systemic violations, the prosecutor’s office conducts additional inspections and takes measures to restore the rights of entrepreneurs.
