The Prosecutor’s office revealed defects of the road and ownerless well in the Klepikovo district

The Prosecutor’s office of Klepikov district conducted an audit of the implementation of legislation in the areas of road safety and water supply. This was reported in the press service of the supervisory authority on Monday, October 26.

During the inspection, it was found that the district administration did not take proper measures to maintain the road infrastructure. On the roadway in the village of Egorovo found potholes and drawdowns that do not meet regulatory requirements.

In addition, an ownerless mine well was identified, which is used for non-centralized water supply. Due to the absence of the owner, the technical condition of the facility is considered unsatisfactory. It is not operated as intended.

As a result of the inspection, the prosecutor submitted to the head of the district administration a proposal to eliminate violations. It is under consideration.
