The Prosecutor’s office found malnutrition in Lyceum No. 2

In Ershov, employees of the transport prosecutor's office conducted an inspection in the educational institution "Russian Railways Lyceum No. 2". The supervisory authority found violations. This was reported by the Ershov Transport Prosecutor's Office on its website.

The audit concerned the implementation of epidemiological laws. Experts have established facts that products for schoolchildren were stored in violation of the rules.

As a result of the inspection, measures were taken. The director of the educational institution made an official presentation. In addition, proceedings were initiated under administrative article 6.3 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation (part 1).

The agency keeps the situation under special control. Correction of violations remains under surveillance. The prosecutor’s office is also monitoring response measures.
