Last night was the warmest in the suburbs for 45 years
The night of October 12 was the warmest in the suburbs for the last 45 years. The temperature did not fall below 12.5 degrees - a record for this date since 1981. This was reported by weather forecaster Evgeny Tishkovets.

In the capital, the night was even warmer: at the Balchug weather station, the thermometer did not fall below + 13.6 degrees.
Abnormally warm weather is a continuation of the prolonged “velvet” season. However, according to the forecast, the golden autumn in Moscow will end on October 14. After that, the region will come "deep" autumn - with lower temperatures and typical mid-October weather.
Experts note that such temperature records are becoming more frequent and are associated with general climate change.
