Watching a horror movie in the woods brought the girl to the hospital

Popular among young people, the format of leisure - night viewings of horror films in the forest - turned into a trip to the hospital for two residents of Sergiev Posad. According to the Telegram channel “Base”, 21-year-old Polina and her 24-year-old companion Maxim went to the forest to repeat the trend for “niche summer entertainment”.

According to the source, the couple took with them equipment for viewing and settled in the woods in the dark. During one of the particularly tense episodes, the girl experienced a sharp scare, which was replaced by acute chest pain. Maxim quickly assessed the condition of his companion and decided to immediately go to the hospital.

In the medical institution, Polina was examined and examined. No serious organic disturbances were detected. According to doctors, the cause of the attack was a spasm of the coronary vessels - a reaction in which severe stress or fear cause a temporary narrowing of the arteries that feed the heart muscle.

This mechanism is not uncommon: a sharp release of adrenaline can provoke vascular spasm even in young people without chronic diseases.

After the incident, Polina decided to abandon extreme formats of rest and focus on a comprehensive health survey.
