Pskov Regional Hospital recalls the rights of people with disabilities to medical care

POCB listed the main services available to citizens with disabilities in medical institutions in the region. By law, they have the right to an emergency appointment with doctors without waiting in line. To do this, it is enough to present a passport, a compulsory health insurance policy and an extract from the Federal Register of Disabled Persons, the press service of the hospital reported.

If the state of health does not allow you to come to the clinic, you can call a doctor at home. The application is accepted by phone of the registry or through “Public Services”. Preferential provision of medicines and technical means of rehabilitation, sanatorium-resort treatment and priority medical examination are also provided.

When applying for drugs and TCP, an individual rehabilitation program is needed. If the provision of services is denied, you can contact the insurance company whose phone is indicated on the MHI policy.
