“Pskov heat networks” explained the situation with an inflated receipt for heating on the street Jan Fabricius

A resident of 6a street Jan Fabricius said that the heating in the house was only two days, and in the receipt the amount is charged for 14. “Pskov heat networks” responded to the appeal and explained the mechanics of charges, told “MK in Pskov” in the press service of the enterprise.

The procedure for settlements is regulated by the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 354. If the general-house metering device is not put into operation, for example, due to the expired verification period, the calculation cannot be based on actual indications. In this case, the law provides for the calculation of the average monthly volume or standard. Therefore, the number of days of actual heat supply and days for which the accrual is carried out may not coincide.
