Pskov regional court upheld the sentence of the bankruptcy manager for bribery of 24 million

The Pskov regional court on appeal checked the legality and validity of the sentence for commercial bribery. This “MK in Pskov” reported in the press service of the courts of the Pskov region.

On June 25, 2026, the Pskov District Court convicted a woman who held the post of bankruptcy manager of an LLC, under Part 8 of Art. 204 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - illegal receipt of property for actions in the interests of the giver, associated with extortion of the subject of bribery in an especially large amount.

It was established that she created conditions under which the former bankruptcy manager was forced to transfer to her movable and immovable property worth more than 24 million rubles for assistance in his interests.

The court imposed a sentence of imprisonment for a term of 8 years 3 months with serving in a general regime colony.

According to the results of the appeal proceedings, the sentence in terms of the type and size of the punishment was left unchanged, appeals - without satisfaction.
