Employees of the emergency departments of the Gomel region participate in the humanitarian operation at the Gomel airport of Belarus, where residents of the city of Aleshka, Kherson region, evacuated from the frontline zone, arrive today to Ukraine through the Novaya Ghouta checkpoint. - There is a tent camp at the airport. These are 6 heated modules of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the regional organization of the Belarusian Red Cross. They organized food, work of the medical service, as well as specialists of the psychological service. In total, 30 Emergencies Ministry employees are involved.

Gomel rescuers help in unloading baggage to disabled residents of Alyoshek. Many of the evacuees took their pets with them. The airport will take care of them, and then organize a separate delivery to the checkpoint “New Ghouta”.
