A drunken quarrel at a party turned into a beating for a grasshopper

In Kuznetsk completed the investigation of the criminal case against a local resident born in 1991. The man has previously been brought to court. He is accused under the second part of Article 116.1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.

As it turned out during the investigation, the defendant and the victim were spouses. For a while they drank alcohol in the living room with friends. Between them there was a quarrel on elevated tones. At one point, the man went to the balcony, grabbed a hammer and screwdriver there, and returned waving his tools. He was going to hit his wife.

The quarrel broke out on the basis of personal hostility. Standing in front of the woman, he deliberately struck her twice on the left hand, once on the right, and twice on the stomach.
