The Social Fund of Russia made an important explanation about how the insurance pensions of citizens who continue working after leaving for a well-deserved rest are calculated and increased
The Social Fund stressed that insurance pensions of working pensioners are indexed simultaneously with payments of non-working pensioners. The increase is carried out annually directly during the period of employment.
When assigning a pension, its size is calculated based on the cost of the pension coefficient and the fixed payment. After retirement, a person can continue to work, while his insurance payment will increase as a result of annual indexation.
The department separately drew attention to the fact that the fact of continuing work does not cancel the planned increase in the insurance pension.
Earlier, MK in Novosibirsk reported that the maximum pension in the region may exceed 77 thousand rubles.
