Andrey Krylov’s digital project “NeuroTracker” was included in the top 300 forum “Strong Ideas for New Time”

Andrey Krylov’s digital project “NeuroTracker” was included in the top 300 forum “Strong Ideas for the New Time”. In 2026, the organizers received more than 48 thousand applications from all over Russia.
The platform is designed to monitor the development of children with special needs and evaluate their progress. It combines information from parents, expert opinions and data on changes in the child’s condition. The system allows you to generate reports for a week, month or year, making it easier to track results and adjust the support program.
The development can be useful for families in which children grow up with autism spectrum disorders, attention deficit disorder and other features of neurodevelopment. According to the creator, a single digital space should simplify the interaction of parents, doctors and teachers.
The app is already available in RuStore. It was downloaded about a thousand times, and the number of registered parents exceeded 600 people. The initiative was also interested in Kostroma State University: experts expressed their readiness to help with the selection of effective methods of working with children. The Department of Education was instructed to provide scientific support to the project.
In addition to NeuroTracker, regional experts selected seven more initiatives from the Kostroma region.
