Developments of the Ulyanovsk IT company presented at the international forum in China

The developments of the Ulyanovsk IT company ASTRIO were presented at the Global Logistics Summit in the Chinese city of Sanya. The international platform brought together more than 600 companies from 50 countries.

ASTRIO has joined the forum with B2B systems for logistics automation. The solutions are designed to work with supply chains in an environment where routine routes are changing, transportation is becoming more expensive, and companies have to find alternative partners and delivery methods faster.

At the presentation, special attention was paid to the possibilities of automatic recalculation of routes and transportation costs. Such systems allow to compare the offers of partners and quickly rebuild logistics processes in case of restrictions.

The need for such solutions in the company is associated with serious changes in the global transportation market. In particular, the presentation of ASTRIO noted that traffic through the Suez Canal decreased by 70%, some ships are forced to bypass Africa, and the cost of freight increased by 80%.

A separate topic of the summit was the development of technologies in Asia and the active introduction of artificial intelligence in various areas. ASTRIO plans to take into account the experience gained in China when further updating its line of software products for automation of deliveries both in the Russian and foreign markets.
