Reagents and snow removal equipment: how Belgorod prepares for the cold

In Belgorod, utilities continue to prepare for the autumn-winter season. For the treatment of roads form a reserve of sand-salt mixture (more than 30 thousand tons) and technical salt (almost 7 thousand tons). This season, 118 units of snow removal equipment will be used and contractors will be involved when the weather worsens.

Also, experts prepare about 134 km of showers for heavy rainfall. They clean trays and ditches from sand, soil, foliage and debris, if necessary, repair grilles and floor slabs.

In parallel, utilities are engaged in everyday work on improvement. On October 9, 188 people and 63 units of equipment are being brought to the regional center. More than 1,000 rose bushes of five varieties are planted in the South Park: Minerva, Pomponella, Cosmos, Eric Taberli and Apricolla.
