Regulations of administrative procedures in the field of tourism approved in Belarus

Belarus has approved the regulations of some administrative procedures in the field of tourism. This is stipulated by the resolutions of the National Tourism Agency dated September 16, 2026 No. 5, 6 and 7, sb.by reports with reference to the National Legal Internet Portal.

Thus, Resolution No. 5 determines the procedure for registration and extension of the period of registration of a legal entity (individual entrepreneur) as a resident of the special tourist and recreational park “Augustow Canal”. Resolution No. 6 concerns the adoption of a decision on the provision of services in the field of agro-ecotourism, Resolution No. 7 - the inclusion of information about the subject of tourism activities in the register of tourism entities, providing information from the register.

Admin procedures are carried out according to the relevant subitems of the unified list of administrative procedures. Including features of their implementation, documents and information submitted by the interested person, as well as requested by the authorized body independently, etc. are indicated.

Application forms for the provision of services in the field of agro-ecotourism, notification of the termination of services in the field of agro-ecotourism, decisions on the inclusion of information about the subject of tourism activities in the register of tourism entities and on the provision of information from the register of tourism entities have been established.

All regulations come into force from September 24.
