Record 596 applications: Tomsk summed up the results of the Tomsk Dvorik contest
For the 30th anniversary, 210 best objects were selected
In the Palace of Creativity of Children and Youth, a solemn awarding ceremony was held for the winners and prize-winners of the improvement contest “Tomsk Yard – 2026”. This year the competition was held for the 30th time. A record 596 applications have been filed. The commission selected 210 best objects: bright photo zones, elegant flower beds, flower beds, balconies, courtyards, territories of institutions and enterprises.
Tomsk Mayor Dmitry Makhinya noted that he admired the hard work, altruism and creative initiative of the Tomsk people. He expressed hope that the contest will attract more and more participants every year and infect citizens with the desire to make their space more beautiful and cozy.
The innovation of this year was the nomination “Golden Fund of the competition”. The winners have been among the winners for ten years. Among them are activists of yards along Urozhaynoy Lane, 31, Neftyanaya Street, 9, Nakhimova Street, 15, Chaliapin Street, 23, Lebedev Street, 87, Novgorod Street, 20, and Ivan Chernykh Street, 34.
The Grand Prix of the competition was awarded to the “Yard of Exemplary Content” on Mokrushina Street, 13a, as well as the “Best flower garden, flowerbed” on Neftyanaya Street, 9.
Awarding of representatives of offices, organizations and institutions actively involved in the improvement of their territories continued in the hall of the city administration. The winners were awarded diplomas and albums with photos of the best competitive objects of the Tomsk Courtyard.
