Repair of the roof of the house on the Mishin pass is completed in Serpukhov
In Serpukhov on the road Mishin builders complete the overhaul of the roof of a nine-storey house.
The area of the updated roof is 1,121 square meters. This was reported by the head of the contractor Nikolai Tsiku.
Now the workers perform the final work: equip the last waterproofing carpet and adjoining. In the future, the facility will install deflectors on the hoods of garbage conduits, install metal fencing around the perimeter of the roof and fire doors at the entrances to elevator shafts.
The house was built in 1975, previously only ongoing repairs were carried out on the roof. There are 143 apartments in the building, and the residents of the upper floors were particularly affected by leaks during heavy rains and during the melting of snow.
According to Nikolai Tsiku, the work will be completed within two weeks, after which the object will be handed over to the customer - the management company. Repairs are carried out as part of the program of overhaul of common property in apartment buildings.
