Repair of music school in Severodonetsk comes to the finish line
In the spring, the institution awaits opening

In Severodonetsk, a large-scale revival of music school No. 1 is being completed, the course of which was appreciated by the Minister of Culture of the LPR Roman Oleksin. The historic building, which received structural damage, has already acquired a new roof, windows and a restored facade. Builders have reached the finish line: now the interior decoration and installation of engineering systems are underway.
Despite the repairs, the creative process was not interrupted - eight teachers continue to teach fifty-five pupils to play the domra, guitar, piano and other instruments. The head of the department recalled that the institution has already been equipped under the national project “Culture” and with the support of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives. The school’s arsenal includes new instruments from the clarinet to the Nikolai Rubinstein concert piano, interactive boards and modern acoustics.
In the spring, after the opening, the school will be able to accommodate more than four hundred students, and music will again sound in its halls.
Earlier, the Minister of Culture assessed the progress of the restoration of the cinema in Severodonetsk.
