Repair of the old Zatonsky bridge in the capital of Bashkiria will begin next year
Next year, 152 public spaces are planned to be put in order in Bashkiria, 147 of which were chosen by residents themselves

This was reported at the meeting “Hour of public spaces”.
- The design of public spaces began, which this year became the winners of the All-Russian competition for creating a comfortable urban environment, said Irina Golovanova, Minister of Housing and Utilities of Bashkortostan.
The results of the competitive selection were summed up on August 10, and five settlements of the region will receive support from the Russian treasury: Sterlitamak, Tuimazy, Blagoveshchensk, Yanaul, as well as the village of Maloyaz of the Salavat district.
- Projects for the renovation of public spaces, developed with the participation of the Institute for the Development of Cities and Villages of Bashkiria, are planned to work out in 2027-2028, the press service of the head of the region added.
At the meeting, it was reported that the overhaul of the Zatonsky bridge will be carried out in 2027-2028. This will make it possible to form a transport corridor from the M-5 highway through the Eastern exit and the street network of the city to Zaufimya with further movement to the new M-12 highway.
Recall that two parallel bridges lead to the Zaton district: the first was built in 1971, and the second was opened in 2016. Repair is subject to transportation, which is more than 50 years.
Project documentation for the overhaul of the old Zatonsky bridge has already been developed and received a positive conclusion of the state examination.
