Raid on the clubs of Orenburg: the police took 30 people, among them five teenagers
In police departments after the raid brought 30 people
Law enforcement officers searched for minors, checked compliance with migration legislation and revealed facts of illegal trafficking in prohibited substances.
Among the 30 brought to the department were five teenagers who were not supposed to be in public places at night without their parents. In relation to the parents of two of them made protocols for non-fulfillment of duties on upbringing, three more materials will result in inspections.
Separately interested in a foreign citizen, she worked without permits and also violated the regime of stay in the country. She is facing administrative responsibility and expulsion from Russia.
What else got in the records? For violations of traffic rules, five administrative reports were drawn up, including the fact of driving a vehicle without a driver's license.
Such raids are not just checking documents, but an attempt to close several troubled areas of the night city. Two points are noteworthy. The first is five teenagers in clubs at night: this is not an isolated incident, but a signal that the curfew is poorly observed in practice, and part of the responsibility here lies with parents. The second is a foreign citizen who worked without documents: this is a question not only to her, but also to the institution that allowed her to work. And the fact that the raid was conducted in conjunction with riot police, suggests that the inspections are not preventive, but forceful — that is, law enforcement officers were preparing for possible resistance or riots.
Do you think that clubs should be held responsible for letting minors in at night, or is it entirely the responsibility of parents?
