Roskoshestvo confirmed the readiness of the Ulyanovsk hotel to receive tourists from China

Ulyanovsk hotel Imperial Resort & SPA has been certified under the China Friendly program from Roskoshestvo. Now the hotel has officially confirmed its readiness to receive guests from China, taking into account their cultural traditions and habits.

The five-star hotel complex received a certificate after checking its compliance with special requirements designed for comfortable accommodation of Chinese tourists.

The program provides information in Chinese, an adapted menu and household amenities that take into account the national characteristics of guests. Such conditions help foreign travelers to navigate more easily in an unfamiliar environment.

According to the Department of Tourism of the Ulyanovsk region, obtaining a certificate confirms the compliance of the hotel with the established standards of hospitality.

China Friendly certification is aimed at improving the quality of service for travelers from China and developing the tourist attractiveness of Russian regions.
