Russians in Belarus vote in state Duma elections: more than 2 thousand votes by morning
In Belarus, there are seven polling stations for citizens of the Russian Federation participating in the elections of deputies of the State Duma.

By 10:00 on September 20, more than two thousand Russian citizens voted in the elections to the State Duma in Belarus. This was reported to journalists by the Russian Ambassador to Belarus Boris Gryzlov, reports Sputnik.by.
Boris Gryzlov expressed hope that the number of those who came to the polling stations will be significant and will be a significant contribution to the general vote.
The diplomat stressed that the voting continues despite provocations and attempts to discredit the elections by unfriendly countries, as well as despite terrorist acts.
In general, in Russia by 10:00 Moscow time, turnout almost reached the level of the elections to the state Duma in 2021.
Abroad, 333 polling stations in 152 countries have been opened in Russian foreign institutions. In Belarus, as Gryzlov reminded, seven sites have been organized - in Minsk, Brest, Grodno, Vitebsk, Mogilev, Gomel and Bobruisk.
Representatives of Russian foreign missions are involved in the work of election commissions on the territory of Belarus: diplomats of the Russian Embassy, employees of the consulates general in Brest and Grodno, representatives of the trade mission of Russia, Rossotrudnichestvo and the representative office of the Russian Federation to the CIS statutory bodies, as well as members of their families.
To ensure security at the sites, the interaction of the Russian side with the units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus responsible for the protection of public order has been established.
