Rostov region expects magnetic storms of G1 level in early November
The beginning of a new working week in the Rostov region will be marked by geomagnetic disturbances

The beginning of a new working week in the Rostov region will be marked by geomagnetic disturbances. Forecasters at the Solar Astronomy Laboratory predict that on the night of November 9, the level of magnetic storms will reach G1 (KP-5).
According to the forecast, the tense geomagnetic environment will begin on the evening of November 8, remain until midnight with a kp-4 indicator, and then intensify to G1 (KP-5) after 12 a.m. Although the peak of disturbances will pass, by the evening of the next day it is expected to reach the G1 level again.
Weak magnetic storms have been observed in the region since late October. Meteo-dependent residents are recommended during this period to be more attentive to their health, avoid excessive physical and emotional stress, and limit the use of coffee.
During magnetic storms, the elderly are especially vulnerable, as well as patients suffering from migraines, arthritis, arthrosis and osteochondrosis. This is warned by a doctor from the Rostov region Daria Meleshko.
According to the expert, all elderly people are automatically at risk during geomagnetic disturbances. In addition, people with chronic diseases such as migraines, arthritis, arthrosis and osteochondrosis are particularly affected by magnetic storms.
During meteorological events such as magnetic storms, weather-sensitive people can experience a whole host of unpleasant symptoms. Among them - loss of strength, changes in blood pressure, increased migraine attacks and exacerbation of pain in the joints.
