The head of the organization of Kalmykia was dismissed due to loss of trust

The Prosecutor’s Office of Kalmykia conducted an inspection of the implementation of anti-corruption legislation.

It was established that the acting director of housing and exploitation plot No. 1 violated the requirements of the legislation.

He concluded 7 contracts for the performance of painting works and the provision of services for the maintenance of apartment buildings with his close relative, who acted as a representative of the contractor. The total amount of transactions amounted to about 1.2 million rubles.

At the request of the prosecutor's office, the court recovered the funds received from the individual entrepreneur in favor of the organization.
