Ryazanets Andrey Karnov appointed Deputy Head of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Voronezh Region

Ryazanets Andrey Karnov was appointed Deputy Head of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Voronezh Region. The corresponding order was signed by the chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia on August 28, the press service of the regional department reported.
Andrei Karnov is 49 years old. He was born in the Ryazan region. In 1998, Karnov graduated from the Ryazan Institute of Law and Economics of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. He began his service in law enforcement agencies in his native region, went through a professional career from an ordinary investigator to the head of units in the regional department of the Investigative Committee in the Ryazan region. From 2011 until his appointment, Andrey Karnov headed the department for the investigation of particularly important cases.
Andrei Karnov was repeatedly awarded departmental awards of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for his high professionalism during his years of service.
