Ryazan doctors helped the woman in labor with the growth of the placenta

In the Ryazan perinatal center, doctors delivered a patient with placenta growth. This was reported in the press service of the medical institution.

A dangerous condition in a woman arose during the birth of a third baby. This is a complication of pregnancy, in which the placenta, for various reasons, grows deep into the wall of the uterus. As a result, she cannot separate on her own, and childbirth is accompanied by large blood loss.

During the cesarean section operation, the patient’s own blood collection technique was used. This allows you to return your red blood cells, rather than replenish them with foreign ones.

Doctors were able to save the uterus and excised a section of the wall with the germination of the placenta, which will allow the young mother to plan a new pregnancy in the future.

A girl was born with a weight of 2590 g, a height of 48 cm and 8/9 points in Apgar.

Currently, the mother and daughter are under the supervision of obstetricians-gynaecologists and neonatologists and are preparing for discharge.
