Rybnovsk court sent evader from supervision in a strict regime colony

Rybnovsky district court sentenced a 43-year-old resident of Rybny, who was found guilty of evading administrative supervision. This is reported by the press service of the Prosecutor’s office of the Ryazan region.

Administrative supervision was applied to the convict. The man violated the established requirements: he did not arrive at the chosen place of residence and did not register with the internal affairs bodies.

The court sentenced the man to 2 years and 8 months in prison. The convict will serve his sentence in a correctional colony of strict regime.
