From this year, there is a new procedure for obtaining tax notifications. For citizens who have a confirmed account in the Unified Identification and Authentication System (ESIA) on the State Services portal, a notice of payment of property taxes will be automatically placed in their personal account on the State Services portal. These changes to the tax legislation were introduced by the Federal Law of 28.11.2025 No. 425-FZ.
Those who use the “Personal Account of the Taxpayer for Individuals” on the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, notifications will still be received electronically on this resource. Access to notices in electronic form taxpayers will receive from the moment of their placement.
To receive notices on the payment of property taxes on paper through the Russian Post will be only those taxpayers who are not registered either in the State Services or in the Personal Cabinet of the Federal Tax Service of Russia. A paper notice for 2025 will come by mail before November 1, 2026.
In addition, you can contact any tax inspectorate or a multifunctional center for the provision of state and municipal services.
Improving interaction with taxpayers and improving the quality of tax services, the FTS Office for the Pskov region organized a channel in the MAX messenger to verbally inform citizens on all issues of paying property taxes.
Answers to all questions can be found on the promotional page "Tax Notifications on Public Services" on the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia. Phone hotline: 8 (800) 222-22-22.
