The application must now be sent to the Social Fund in advance, before leaving. This can be done through public services, the MFC or the branch of the Fund. The consent of the ward or his legal representative must be attached, even when living together.
For the year of care, a year of insurance experience and 1.8 pension coefficient are accrued. With long-term care, each year it is necessary to confirm its continuation with a new statement no later than 12 months. If late, the missed period will not enter the period. The termination of care is reported to the fund within five days.
Caregivers until 2027 will be allowed to confirm care under the old rules until January 1, 2028. Parents of disabled children and disabled children from childhood group I confirmation is not required: information is reflected on the individual account automatically.
