On the eve of Mother’s Day, soldiers of the honor guard company of the military unit of 2007 congratulated their mothers at their workplaces, which was an unexpected and pleasant surprise for Minsk women, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti news agency reports.

At the entrance of the Minsk Automobile Plant, a young man appeared in ceremonial uniform and with flowers. His name is Maxim Semenchik, private military unit 2007, the shooter of the second platoon of the company of honor guard. He specifically took the dismissal today and came to the factory, where his mother Elena works as the head of the technical control bureau. She has devoted more than 20 years to the company. She began at the age of 24 as a controller, received an education, worked as a technologist and grew up to be the head of the technical control bureau.

- I feel comfortable working in a male team. Men don't discount just because you're a woman. On the contrary, if you have character, they will support and help, said E. Semenchik.

Elena’s grandfather and father worked at the plant, and her mother was the chief designer. The eldest son Anton more than seven years at MAZ.

When Maxim suddenly appeared in front of her mother, this strong female executive, who used to keep everything under control, burst into tears.

Elena has two sons. Just a few days ago, the elder gave her her first granddaughter. Minchanka said that her sons surround her with care. For example, after a hard shift at the factory, she comes home, and the boys have already cooked dinner.

- Being a mom is wonderful. Yeah, it's hard work. But you get the most important thing from children - their love, Elena said.

In another part of Minsk, in secondary school No. 81 named after N. M. Olshevsky, Timofey Gerasimov stood at the door of the mathematics class - a cadet of the training platoon of the honor guard company of the military unit 2007.

When the guy opened the door of the class, the teacher froze, and then covered her face with her hands, she was very moved. She teaches all her life: she started with physics in high school, then moved to mathematics.

Olga has three sons. Timothy is the eldest. The average in a week will be 16, the youngest – 12. Timothy said that his mother loves children, and they respond in kind.

The younger brother followed in his mother’s footsteps – he loves physics and mathematics. The middle is chemistry and biology.
