Since the beginning of 2026 in buses “Transport of the Upper Volga” caught 12 thousand stowaways

Since the beginning of 2026, inspectors have caught 12,000 stowaways in buses of the Upper Volga Transport. The total amount of fines for this period amounted to 30 million rubles.

Most often, violators were caught on routes No. 204, No. 2 and No. 24 in Tver. According to the acting director of the GKU “Organizer of transportation of the Tver region” Dmitry Sannikov, in the last 9 months, the share of “hares” brought to administrative responsibility decreased by 2%.

Citizens are reminded that the fine for ticketless travel is 2500 rubles. It can be written out by employees of the GKU “Transport Organizer of the Tver region”, who have a certificate and are dressed in uniform.
