Gardening routes in Kirov and the region are closed until spring
In the region comes to the end of the season of suburban passenger transportation
Starting from October 12, bus traffic on all suburban horticultural routes will be suspended until the onset of the spring period.
The regional Ministry of Transport summed up preliminary results and reported that since the start of the season on May 1, suburban buses transported about 200,000 people to suburban areas and garden associations.
The Ministry noted that the key role in ensuring transport accessibility traditionally played JSC “Kirov PassengerAvtotrans”.
Throughout the season, the company served the 7 most popular destinations: No. 118, No. 120, No. 134, No. 157, No. 161, No. 165/165A and No. 197.
The company’s specialists ensured a stable release of rolling stock on the line, which allowed Kirov residents to reach their suburban areas without interruption throughout the summer and early autumn.
From October 12, the service of these areas is completely stopped until next year.
Regular flights will resume as usual only from May 1, 2027, so residents of Kirov and the region are advised to plan trips in advance and take into account changes in the schedule.
