Seven coffins with human remains found at the residence of the Governor

In the United States on the territory of the residence of the Governor of North Dakota discovered human remains older than 100 years. This is reported by the publication People.

The find was accidentally made by workers who came across seven coffins and a wooden box.

Preliminary analysis showed that the remains belonged to two women, two men, two male teenagers and one child.

It turned out that this place in the XIX century was a cemetery. In the 1880s, it was decided to move it, but it is assumed that some of the remains of the workers of the time left in the old place by mistake.

According to authorities, there may be about 10 more graves at the site. Discovered remains are planned to be reburied.
