An important stage was the completion of the improvement of the courtyard area near the house No. 153 on Voroshilov Street. As part of the annual program, 10 yards are planned to be repaired in the district, and 9 of them have already been completed.

Particular attention is paid to the arrangement of the pedestrian route from Pushkin Street to school No. 12. The site is in high demand: schoolchildren rushing to classes and residents of nearby houses pass through it every day. Convenience and safety of this route is an important element of urban infrastructure, and bringing it into a regulatory state has become one of the priorities. This route is one of 8 sites, the repair of which is carried out at the expense of the local budget, which emphasizes the focus of the authorities on solving the most acute local problems.

A significant result was the completed modernization of the "Green Zone" in the district "B" of the city of Pushchino. Here, specialists not only paved paths, but comprehensively approached the improvement: they equipped pedestrian routes, strengthened slopes to prevent soil shedding and performed the filling, providing a smooth and durable coating. The territory is in stable demand - it is actively used not only by citizens, but also by employees of nearby scientific institutes, for whom a comfortable way to work is an important factor in everyday life.

A significant amount of work has been done in the road sector. This year’s program includes 17 facilities with a total length of 5.6 km. To date, contractors have handed over 13 of them: 3 objects - as part of ongoing repairs, 10 - capital. Among the completed sections are roads to the villages of Ryzhykovo and Yenino, intra-settlement passages to Ignatiyevo, Igumnovo and Voskresenka, as well as a significant transport hub - the section of Starosimferopol highway to the village of Levashovo. Separately, it is worth noting the arrangement of entrances to land plots for large families in Ryzhykovo and Nefedovo. In addition, six sections of the regional road network have been completed.

Work is currently underway at four more sites. At the same time, in some areas, completion dates have been adjusted - they depend on the volume of necessary measures and weather conditions, which directly affect the quality of laying the roadway. This flexible approach allows you not to sacrifice the durability of the coverage for the sake of formal observance of dates.

Feedback with residents remains an important element of planning. Appeals of Serpukhovich are systematically taken into account when forming a list of territories in need of priority improvement.
