Northerners explained when you should not suffer the disease on your feet. This was reported in FederalPress.

The fact is that a sick person at work is dangerous to others. One can infect dozens of people on the road, in transportation and in the workplace. If you don’t stay home on time, the consequences can be severe, especially for older people with chronic illnesses. Therefore, going to work with a cold is not worth it.

But bed rest is not always mandatory. If the symptoms are mild and the person works from home, he can continue to work at the computer - it will not affect the course of the disease. But with temperature, intoxication and other severe manifestations, it will not work. It will take time to recover.
