Over the past week, from September 12 to 18, northerners left 1.43 thousand complaints on social networks. The number of health complaints has increased significantly. This was announced by the head of the SDGs of the Murmansk region Artem Maryshev at an operational meeting of the government.
During the week, residents of the Murmansk region left 92 appeals on the work of medical institutions. This is 37 percent more than a week earlier, when there were 67 reports.
Northerners 12 times complained about the work of the registry and terminals, ten times – in line and ten – on vaccination. Users complained that the coupons ended in the first minutes after opening the record, and online services and registry were overloaded. Northerners were not always able to reach medical facilities.
Artem Maryshev explained that these are seasonal problems, which are associated with the fact that people massively leave vacations and return to their settlements. At the same time, he could not answer whether the situation was better compared to September last year.
The Governor of the Murmansk region Andrey Chibis asked the specialist to take a deeper look at the problems, and not just record statistics.
Earlier, the “MK in Murmansk” said that bus and road issues became more interesting to northerners last week.
