A resident of the Shchekinsky district of the Tula region was sent to compulsory work for many months of non-payment of alimony

A resident of the Shchekinsky district of the Tula region was sent to compulsory work for many months of non-payment of alimony. The debt of the man for the maintenance of a minor child exceeded 130 thousand rubles, told “MK in Tula” in the joint press service of the courts and the local police.
The case of an administrative offense was considered on October 7 by the magistrate of the judicial precinct No. 50 of the Shchekinsky judicial district. The man was brought to justice under part 1 of article 5.35.1 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation.
As the court established, Bryksenkov A.A. had to transfer a quarter of his earnings to the maintenance of the child until he reached the age of majority. Despite the ability to work, the man without good reason did not fulfill the duty for more than five months. As a result, he accumulated a debt of 130 888 rubles, which was the reason for a more detailed investigation.
By the decision of October 7, Bryksenkov A.A. was found guilty. He was given 70 hours of mandatory work. The decision has not yet entered into legal force and can be appealed.
Earlier, “MK in Tula” wrote that in Novomoskovsk 48-year-old man after the intervention of bailiffs fully repaid the debt on the loan. His debt exceeded 196 thousand rubles.
All because the man issued a bank loan, but stopped making payments on time. So the credit institution appealed to the court and achieved debt recovery.
