The children fed the animals and treated them. A special delight in schoolchildren was caused by the cow Honey and puppies. Ekaterina told the children what bulls, sheep, pigs, dogs, chickens and geese eat. The students listened very carefully and tried to remember every detail.

At the end of the tour, the children were waiting for a treat, and the hostess showed how to milk and strain goat's milk. Afterwards, the boys were happy to try some milk.

Such excursions help students to get acquainted with agriculture, understand where food comes from, and learn to take care of animals. They broaden horizons, give practical skills and can help in choosing a future profession.
