The staff of the Vologda region for this year added almost a thousand doctors

This year, 998 medical specialists were employed in medical institutions of the Vologda region. The plan for the year was 620 employees. The figure is already 61% full. This was reported by the head of the region Georgy Filimonov.

In hospitals, polyclinics and other health care institutions came to work 311 doctors, 687 employees of nurses. The primary link was replenished by 85 people: 50 district therapists, 18 district pediatricians, 9 therapists, 7 general practitioners.

In the region, various support measures are provided for doctors. Doctors of popular specialties in Vologda can get one million rubles, average medical staff - 500 thousand rubles. Under the program "Zemsky Doctor" payments are provided in the amount of 2.5 to 3 million rubles, under the program "Zemsky paramedic" - from 1 to 1.5 million rubles.

In addition, for the first time three years of work doctors are paid 10 thousand rubles, the average medical staff – 8 thousand rubles. The work is carried out under the program “Strategy 2.0” and the national project “Long and active life”.
