Scandalous song that became the main meme of autumn, returned to streaming sites

The scandalous composition “You are my filth” reappeared on Russian streaming platforms after the removal of banned fragments. From the updated version, obscene language and offensive expressions were excluded, leaving pauses instead. As a result, individual lines of the song are now cut off in the middle of the word.

The track DJ NARODNII (Denis Vershigorov) and DJ Linusik was released on September 18. To create it, the authors fully used artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. For the first month, the composition collected more than a million listens and gained wide popularity in social networks.

Especially actively the song was distributed in TikTok, where it recorded more than 100 thousand videos. Users also gave the composition the joking name "anthem of aerogrill". Along with the viral popularity of the track caused a wave of outrage. Its creators were accused of misogynistic content and justification of violence.

In late September, Rosmolodezh took the initiative to limit the distribution of the song. In October, Roskomnadzor blocked it on domestic music venues. In particular, users of Yandex.Music, when trying to play, received a notification about the unavailability of the recording. Now the composition returned to the service directories, but in an edited version.

In Russia banned the song, which became the main meme of autumn.

The author of the track “You are mine...” called the blocking of the song unfair in Russia.
