Investigators establish the causes of the death of a worker in a fall from a roof in Minsk

In Minsk establish the circumstances of the death of a 37-year-old worker who fell from the roof of a nine-storey house during roofing works. Details of the incident on the air of the program “Causes and Effect” on “Radio-Minsk” told the official representative of the Investigative Committee Alexander Sukhodolsky.

The tragedy occurred on the afternoon of September 14 at Sukharevskaya Street. A team of builders carried out roofing work on the roof of a nine-storey residential building.

During their execution, the 37-year-old man lost his balance and fell down from a height. Arrived doctors conducted a complex of resuscitation measures, but to save the worker failed.

An investigative team worked at the scene. The investigator, with the involvement of specialists of the State Committee of Forensic Examinations, inspected the scene, recorded a trace picture, interviewed eyewitnesses and seized technical documentation.

All the circumstances of the incident, as well as the causes and conditions that led to the death of the man, will be established by the Frunze district department of the Investigative Committee for Minsk during the inspection.
