Governor Vasily Anokhin noted that out of more than 22 thousand students of the SPE region, about 4 thousand are studying under target contracts from more than 100 customer enterprises, receiving increased scholarships, housing support and compensation, and within the framework of the national project “Youth and Children” and the “Professionality” program, six production and educational clusters are already operating in the region, including a new pedagogical cluster launched on September 1, 2026.
