Smolensk bailiffs imposed a criminal fine for the use of violence against a police officer
Bailiffs of the Smolensk region completed the compulsory recovery of 100 thousand rubles from a local resident to repay the criminal fine

The bailiffs of the Smolensk region completed the compulsory recovery of 100 thousand rubles from a local resident to repay the criminal fine. This amount was awarded to a 39-year-old man for using violence against a law enforcement officer. During the trial, it was established that in a state of alcoholic intoxication, the man showed aggression to a police officer, in connection with which he was found guilty under Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
For the execution of the judgment, the writ of execution was transferred to the Rosslavl district office of bailiffs of the FSSP of Russia in the Smolensk region. As part of the recovery procedure, a set of restrictive measures was applied against the debtor. He was banned from traveling outside the Russian Federation, seized on bank accounts and restricted any registration activities with his car. In addition, bailiffs began to withhold part of his income to pay off the debt.
Realizing the seriousness of the situation and faced with the inability to freely dispose of money and property, the citizen decided to fully repay the fine. The man decided to pay the full amount, realizing that further evasion could entail a more severe punishment, up to imprisonment.
As a result of the measures taken, the judgment was fully implemented. After the debt was repaid, all previously imposed restrictions and coercive measures against the man were abolished.
