Registration for the Forum of Leaders of Street Culture is open until October 20, which will be held from November 11 to 14, 2026 at the Senezh Management Workshop. The event will bring together about 300 participants, including community leaders, project organizers, experts, representatives of authorities and educational organizations, including delegates from the Smolensk region.
The forum is conceived as an educational platform for specialists developing street culture, sports and the urban environment. Within four days, the participants plan to exchange experience and search for practical solutions for the regions through the analysis of real cases. The program covers the topics of project development, leadership, teamwork and sustainability of initiatives, as well as issues of street culture economics, international experience and interaction with the state.
This event will be a continuation of the work of the community, which in September gathered in Vladivostok at the Grand Final of the IX season of the CARDO International Competition Award. During the event, over 500 industry representatives from 60 countries and 28 regions of Russia met on Russky Island.
The program of the forum is focused on active practical activity, which involves not just listening to information, but joint solution of specific problems and the formation of proposals for the development of the industry. To participate, you must apply on the official website and attach a motivational essay, in which you should describe your activities and goals. The selection results will be announced on October 26.
Representatives of organizations, experts and partners over the age of 18 are invited to participate. The competition is implemented within the framework of the national project “Youth and Children” and is aimed at finding and supporting talents in the field of street culture and sports around the world.
